Miley Cyrus is reportedly repulsed after a sex doll that bears a similar resemblance to her went on sale.

The Disney Channel star is said to seeking legal advice and being notified that a new range of blow-up dolls called ‘Finally Miley’ were being made and sold by a firm called Pipedream Products.

Kevin Johnson, a representative for Pipedream Products, said: “We are completely sold out already. It’s been on the market for less than 48 hours. We haven’t received a cease and desist letter from her attorneys yet, but I have seen those rumours circling online”. Mr Johnson admitted that he expected to hear from her solicitors at some point.

With no contact from Miley’s lawsuit, Pipedream Products is yet to remove the doll from the market. Other celebrity singers have also been closely resembled as sex toys, including Lady Gaga, Pamela Anderson and Beyonce.

Miley Cyrus has been given an award for having a positive impact on young people’s attitudes, according to heraldsun.com.

For the past two consecutive years Miley has been named the worst celebrity influence, but her fortunes have changed after being presented with the first-ever Global Action Youth Leadership Award for the positive impact she has had on young people.

The award was presented by Hillary Duff at a gala in Los Angeles.

When accepting the award, Miley said: “I got to tell you that I never thought I would get an award from Hilary Duff. This is like a dream come true to me. She inspired me. I want kids to do something they love. Not something that seems like a chore because someone tells them that’s the right thing to do or what their parents want or what’s important to people around them, but what’s in their heart.”

Miley Cyrus has been caught smoking salvia from a bong last Friday in a video posted on TMZ, it has emerged. The 18-year-old star has sparked outrage across America as many see her as a role model for young teenagers.

Although the drug is legal, it has been reported to give similar effects to hallucinogenic substancessuch as LSD or PCP.

“With salvia, the subjects described leaving this reality completely and going to other worlds or dimensions and interacting with entities,” Matthew W. Johnson, an assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioural sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Critics have slammed the Hannah Montana actress for her behaviour, although many believe she has been under a lot of stress recently following the split of her parents Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, who filed for divorce in October.

A California State Assemblyman who attempted to get the plant outlawed three years ago has again called for a Salvia ban, and accused Cyrus of setting a bad example to her fans.

Currently, the Drug Enforcement Administration in the US has included salvia in its list of “drugs and chemicals of concern,” but in most states, it still remains legal.The drug is currently legal in the UK, available on the internet or in specialist herbal drugs shops. There have been calls to band the substance here in the UK.

Cyrus’s father, Billy Ray, has tweeted branding her behaviour as ‘sad’, he said: ‘there is so little I can do right now.’
